An opportunity to join the Bathurst Aquatic Centre team as the Swim School Coordinator has arisen.  The primary responsibility of this role is the delivery of the aquatic education program including the achievement of targets for new membership sales and securing school business for carnivals, swim programs and fun days.

The position is responsible for leading and developing a team of swim teachers including administrative officers.  The coordinator must ensure they are adequately skilled and suitably motivated to be successful.

Previous experience in delivering quality aquatic programs is essential.  Experience promoting these programs and activities would be an advantage.

A minimum of 12 months experience in coordinating a swim school program is essential and Austswim certificate.
