Aqua Aerobics

Come and enjoy a combination of cardio, resistance and plyometric exercises to improve your health and fitness. We offer a variety of classes including cardio kickboxing, circuits, HIIT and deep water leg and core.

Aqua aerobics is particularly good for individuals with joint or mobility problems, those who do not enjoy high impact activities, or for those who just want a fun and enjoyable water based workout!

Class duration is 45 minutes and are held every Tuesday and Thursday at the following times-

6.30 am

12.00 pm

6.00pm
