Tailored to smaller intense groups, who like training outdoors, but not into getting wet!
This land based group training session includes a variety of exercise techniques to get you into shape. Incorporating resistance training, cardio, plyometric and high intensity interval training, this program is offered at various times over the spring, summer and autumn. Please inquire at reception for session times and dates. Registration forms are also available at reception.
