Well now is the time to act. Join our 10 Week Outdoor group Training Program and help us to help you to reach those goals. Sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7.00pm.
Tailored to smaller intense groups, who like training outdoors, but not into getting wet!
This land based group training session includes a variety of exercise techniques to get you into shape. Incorporating resistance training, cardio, plyometric and high intensity interval training.
Cost of the 10 week program is ONLY $200.00. Payment to be made at the time of registration.
