MAKEUPS & CREDITS

Bathurst Aquatic Centre Swim School allows for missed classes to be made up at a later date.
There are some requirements for this policy to ensure its fairness to all.

• For absences (not related to health reasons) at least 24 hours notice needs to be given
• With regards to missing classes as a result of sickness, as much notice as possible must be given
• Make up lessons will not be provided when contact is made with the Swim School after the lesson
• Make ups can only be booked for lessons within the next 7 days
• Should an amount of time be missed, credit will be given for the following term on receipt of a doctors certificate.
• Make ups are capped at 4.
