Squad levels begin at a BRONZE level. Based on junior development where swimmers learn the basic fundamentals of four strokes during a 60 minute session.
SILVER is based around swimmers having the core understanding of competitive swimming. This hour and a half long session has an intense program and goal setting that will increase the swimmers abilities at a competitive level.
Our GOLD squad caters for swimmers who are committed to taking their swimming to a representative level.

- 4.00pm – 5.00pm
- 3 sessions per week

- 5.00-6.30pm

- 6.00-7.30am

Silver & Gold Squad
- 5.00pm – 6.30pm (Silver) Mon-Thu
- 5.00pm - 7.00pm (Gold) Mon - Thu
- 5pm-6pm (Fri)
- 6.00am - 7.30 am (Mon, Tues, Thur)
- 6.30am - 8.00 am (Sat)
- 9 sessions per week (Silver)
- 9 sessions per week (Gold)
