Conditions of Entry at Manning Aquatic Centre Bathurst
To ensure a pleasant and secure environment for all our members and guests, please take a moment to review our venue conditions of entry.

Aquatic Areas
- Lifeguards supervise our aquatic areas, however active parental supervision must be followed.
- In an emergency please follow lifeguard instructions.
- Please adhere to the safety signage around the pool area.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
- Please observe the pool rules at all times.
- No pass outs will be issued.
- No glass objects or alcohol are permitted in the complex.
- Patrons bags may be searched.
- The centre accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen belongings. Patrons are advised not to bring valuables into the centre.
- Abusive, disruptive or offensive behaviour and language are not permitted.
- Children 0-5 years must be within arm’s reach of a parent or guardian at all times; children 6-10 years must be actively supervised at all times by a parent or guardian; children 11-14 years must have a parent or guardian regularly checking in on them.
- No pets or animals are permitted in the complex, with the exception of working dogs.
- Only centre staff are permitted to conduct learn to swim, private swimming lessons and squads.
- Anyone attempting to gain entry without paying or without authorisation will be prosecuted.
- Commercial fast foods or drinks are not permitted.
- Only recognised swimwear, lycra and nylon are to be worn in the water.
- Only recognised waterproof aqua nappies are to be worn in the water for infants. Please read and adhere to swimming hygiene requirements.
- Camera and mobile phones are not used for photos or videos unless authorised by management.
- Inappropriate, foul language and aggressive behaviour are not permitted.
- Please respect the rights of others and our staff.
- Facility operators reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason.
- Medical Conditions: If you have any disease, illness, injury, or medical condition, it is recommended you speak with your GP or staff prior to using our facilities.
- Waiver and Release of Liability: Please acknowledge that when you are on the premises, both your property and person shall be at your own risk and shall not hold the centre or its employees liable for any personal injury or loss of property which may arise from any cause.
