Aquatic Classes Timetable

The Manning Aquatic Centre offers a range of health and fitness classes, tailored to meet a variety of individual needs and interests.
Classes vary from very low intensity and low impact water based exercises, to our swimfit classes with high intensity.


To improve fitness, build stamina and stroke correction. Tips and training to cater for a range of swimmers' needs. 

Aqua Classes
Enjoy the constant support and resistance only water can offer with a friendly environment.
With minimal impact and self-regulated intensity this class is perfect for everyone at any age.
It is great for your health, wellbeing and lots of fun. 
  • Aqua Areobic classes include a variety of high to low impact of cardiovascular fitness and toning exercises. 
  • Aqua HIIT classes are high intensity classes that include interval training.
  • Aqua Gentle classes focus more on entry level water based exercises. 
  • Deep Water Aqua is conducted in the deep end of the 25 metre pool.
