Temporary Closure of Manning Aquatic Centre

The Manning Aquatic Centre will be closed to all public and user groups between 1 July – 4 July 2025 for essential upgrade works to the centre’s filtration plantroom.

The plantroom switchboard houses the main control gear for the operations of the aquatic centre’s filtration, heating, chemical dosing and monitoring systems, and has reached an age that requires a complete upgrade and replacement.

Female Changeroom Closure

Please note that from Monday 16 June until September 2025, the female changerooms will be closed for renovations to allow for a more comfortable and modern space.

Works will include the replacement of the shower and toilet partitioning, installation of new shower heads & taps, basins, water proofing, new toilets, wall tiling and a new floor surfacing treatment. These works are funded by Bathurst Regional Council.

There will be reduced changeroom space during the renovation period, however alternative space has been arranged.

The female changeroom will be closed with signs in place directing guests and members to alternative change spaces in the venue.
